Refund policy

Returns & Refunds: We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we completely understand and are happy to help. ♡

Returns: We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition and must not have been worn, damaged, altered, or washed.

Refunds or Store Credit: Once your return is approved, you can choose whichever option works best for you:

♡ Refund to your original payment method
♡ Store credit to use toward a future Emersyn’s Boutique purchase

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Something Arrive Damaged?: We want to make it right! If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at shop.emersyns@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

How to Start a Return: Just send us an email at shop.emersyns@gmail.com with your order number and let us know which item(s) you'd like to return. We'll take it from there and send you the next steps!

A Little Note: Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
